After graduating with an MSc in Ecological Economics from the University of Edinburgh, Alex moved into finance and accounting, working in audit and assurance with PwC and then as British Horseracing Authority Accounts Controller, joining Climate Strategies in December 2023. She is a trustee and bookkeeper for The Sandstone Ridge Trust, a charity focused on protecting and enhancing the local landscape, as well as a director of Transition Tattenhall, a community organisation affiliated with the Transition Network.
