This paper assesses the issue of energy security and climate policy from the perspective of the CEE Member States. Qualitative case studies are conducted of the objective understanding and political discourse around energy security and climate policy in Poland, the Czech Republic and Latvia. Their energy security is approached from the perspective of subjective and objective energy security.
