This SNAPFI study investigates the role of the Global Stocktake in strengthening national climate action and climate finance. It summarises insights from Brazil, Indonesia, India, South Africa and the EU.


The need for the countries and the world to shift to sustainable development pathways is urgent. But developing countries need financial assistance to enable shifts in technologies, skills and livelihoods. The efforts of the Global Stocktake could help to improve how and how much finance flows to those most in need.
