    Mobilising diverse and varied knowledge generation is essential to inform decision-makers with a well-rounded understanding of different options. The FP7 project POLIMP  identified knowledge gaps about implications of possible directions of international climate policies for different levels, covering gaps with knowledge packages derived from a broad range of existing reports, research and climate policy decisions at.

    With these information packages, climate policy associated stakeholders were better able to extract key policy conclusions. POLIMP communicated with stakeholders with these packages through workshops and an online platform for information exchange of a wider list of contemporary and future climate policy initiatives.

    The consortium was lead by The Joint Implementation Network (JIN), and included Ecologic, University of Graz, Climate Strategies, UPRC, University of Zurich, IBS, CEPS.
